About Our Course

MasterClass Cook Fest is a professional level cooking program where you’ll be learning cuisines from around the world including Pakistani, Chinese, French, Middle Eastern, Parsi, Indian and more. A 60 credit hour program, this course will help you learn some great cooking tips and tricks with some of the best chefs of our industry.

Week 1

Start off with flavors from different parts of the world, including Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Desi

Week 2

A mix plate of yummy cuisines, including your favorite fast food items, Pakistani and Thai dishes

Week 3

Including some Kunafeh, Mandi and a touch of French and everyone’s favorite: Pakistani cuisine

Week 4

Let’s go continental this week and learn Italian favorites, French dishes and Pakistani spices

Week 5

We’ll let some delicious desserts take over your taste buds in the last week of the Cook Fest
