This course is accredited by City & Guilds London, and covers intensive skill based guided training in the field of culinary education. You’ll receive industry-centered training which will be delivered by City & Guilds London certified trainers.

Chef Abdul Hadi
Chef Abdul Hadi has had a vast experience of teaching culinary arts. His formidable experience in the hospitality industry led him to build the state-of-the-art kitchen studio. The unique educational experience at MasterClass Hospitality Business School readies students for today’s food business, and Abdul Hadi is constantly driven to keep the programs consistent and engaging.
Prior to founding MasterClass, Chef Abdul Hadi spent a significant period in the field of culinary. He has been involved in the hospitality world since 2008 and is a Professional Culinary Graduate. He earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM) Lahore.

Chef Aisha Waris
With her immense passion for culinary, Aisha Waris has had an impressive exposure to an extraordinary array of foods. Having trained in L’atelier des Chefs at Le Meridien Dubai in 2013, Aisha worked around for polishing her skills as a chef and enrolled herself for Diploma de Cuisinier from the world’s most prestigious and renowned culinary school Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts, Malaysia.
Chef Aisha is passionate not only about the art of cooking, but she also holds a keen interest in the cultural significance of food and has always found herself close to the French cuisine. She has displayed the magic of her hands in hotels like Movenpick. Her quest for knowledge keeps her motivated and driven each day, she has also completed a training course from Chocolate Academy Dubai in Confectionary Technology.

Chef Ejaz is a renowned veteran of the hospitality industry of Pakistan.

Chef Mehdi
With his zeal, determination and, keenness, Chef Mehdi has actually made his way up from the very bottom. From helper to the head chef, the one thing that never changed is his quest for knowledge. Mehdi began his career in the field of culinary in Abu Dhabi. He soon moved to the bakery arts and followed his passion for cooking by enrolling himself in the Lenoter School, Paris.
Chef Mehdi is an expert of French cuisine and has acquired his knowledge from the top chefs in France. He is one of the most popular chefs in Pakistan and is also known as the “King of Desserts” in the hospitality industry. With his rich experience, he has worked globally and locally in several organizations and has also managed to kick-start a bakery named Sultan in Tunis. Chef Mehdi has also appeared in live television and has had his own show Dastarkhuwan on Zaiqa TV.

Chef Yumnah
Without a doubt, Chef Yumnah is a rising culinary star, graduated from Pakistan’s most renowned hotel school COTHM. She has her vision set on becoming a top chef and is definitely a name to look forward to for the future. Yumnah, 22, started working for MasterClass right after completing her graduate diploma in advanced culinary arts.
The talented young chef works with sheer dedication and has rightfully earned accolades from her mentors, employer, and customers. She is keen to continue enhancing her skills and extending her knowledge of the culinary, baking and pastry arts while working alongside some of the country’s top chefs that are part of the MasterClass Hospitality Business School.

What kind of Certification is offered?
Upon successful completion of the prescribed guided learning hours and the internal theoretical and practical examinations at MasterClass Pakistan, a Certificate of Completion recognized by MasterClass Pakistan, is issued for the Diploma & Amateur programs in Cookery & Patisserie.
Upon successful completion of City & Guilds International Examination held online at MasterClass Pakistan after the completion of the course, the City & Guild IVQ qualification is awarded for the Diploma & Amateur programs in Cookery & Patisserie Skills program.
Our Lifestyle Classes are hobby based class and hence are not formally certified. A Certification of Participation is issued upon request.
What is the Work Experience Placement (WEP) Program?
The WEP program provides student chefs with valuable hands-on involvement in the industry-working environment by way of a paid work experience and paves the way for further career opportunities.
The work experience placement program is not mandatory for the diploma qualification. Placement for the paid WEP Program is arranged by way of on-campus interviews. The placement contracts are directly agreed to, between the candidates and the Human Resource (HR) Department of the respective employing company.
MasterClass Pakistan provides all coordination support for the first confirmed paid WEP Program on a ‘No Cost Basis’, at the Commis Hot Kitchen Chef/ Commis Pastry Chef (III, II or I) levels in Pakistan. For more details on the WEP, kindly refer to the Professional Program Course Prospectus.

Are my tuition fee secured at MasterClass Pakistan?
Yes. As soon as you pay your tuition fees, they are held in a bank account administered by MasterClass Pakistan and they are not accessed until you begin your course.
Can the payments be made in installments?
For the Diploma and Amateur programs in Cookery & Patisserie, installments are available for all Pakistani Residents. All instalments must be secured by way of postdated cheques. Kindly enquire at the admission office for details
