Masterclass Pakistan marked International Chocolate Cake Day with a celebration of skill, creativity, and craftsmanship, in collaboration with Pie in The Sky. The day brought together aspiring pastry professionals who showcased their talent through a chocolate cake competition that highlighted both technical precision and creative expression.
Students presented a range of chocolate cake creations, each reflecting a deep understanding of flavor balance, texture, and presentation. The competition served as a platform for students to translate their passion for baking into refined, professional results, reinforcing Masterclass Pakistan’s commitment to hands-on culinary education.

The celebration was further elevated by the presence of distinguished guests from the Royal Thai Consulate. Masterclass Pakistan was honored to welcome H.E. Surashete Boontinand and Mr. Chotirat Komaradat, whose visit added an international dimension to the occasion. Renowned pastry expert Chef Junaid Ahmed Yousufi also joined the event, offering valuable insight and encouragement to the participating students.
International Chocolate Cake Day at Masterclass Pakistan was not only a tribute to a globally loved dessert, but also a reflection of the institute’s focus on nurturing emerging talent, fostering creativity, and creating meaningful collaborations within the culinary industry.
