Annual Culinary Awards 2025 Lights Up Karachi — A Night of Flavour, Craft and Celebration
Karachi — October 21, 2025 — Pakistan’s biggest culinary celebration, the Annual Culinary Awards (ACA) 2025, returned to Karachi in a dazzling night that brought together chefs, restaurateurs, food entrepreneurs and creators from across the nation.
The Annual Culinary Awards celebrate the individuals and institutions shaping Pakistan’s food landscape —from top-tier restaurants to innovative home chefs. Since its inception, ACA has served as a platform to recognise skill, creativity, and entrepreneurship, bridging connections between trade, media, and consumers while highlighting Pakistan’s evolving culinary identity.
Organised by MasterClass Pakistan, ACA 2025 reaffirmed its legacy as the country’s leading platform for recognising culinary talent across Restaurants, Industry Chefs, and the Digital & Home Chef Community. With over 700 attendees from all corners of the culinary world, the event celebrated the spirit of Pakistan’s food industry — its creativity, resilience and ever-growing excellence.
The evening began with a powerful address by Usama Ahmed, CEO of MasterClass Pakistan, who paid tribute to the relentless efforts of the industry and the passion that fuels Pakistan’s vibrant food culture. His words set the tone for an unforgettable night filled with applause, laughter, and the spirit of recognition that defines the culinary world.
This year’s edition was made even more spectacular through the partnership of industry giants — Shan Foods, Unilever Food Solutions, Shangrila Foods, Nestlé Professional, Tapal Tea, Young’s Food, and Flora Food Group — all standing united to celebrate the brilliance that drives the country’s kitchens, restaurants, and digital food community.
As the lights dimmed on another unforgettable night, one message echoed through the hall — Pakistan’s culinary future is brighter than ever, and its community stronger than before. The Annual Culinary Awards 2025 wasn’t just an event; it was a statement — that our chefs, our food, and our stories deserve the spotlight, and this is only the beginning of what’s to come..
